Smoke pump/fuel pump with metal gear and metal nipple DIY kits

Original pump is plastic gear and nipple which is easy broken, so we made this kits, need DIY.

1: Dismount the cover of fuel pump


2: Dismount the pump body


3: Rasp away about 1mm of the mating face of pump body and motor with a file. This step is very important. The output shaft of original pump is too short to cover the area of driving gear which easily to cause slipping. After rasp away 1 mm, the motor can extend longer and fundamentally solve slipping


4: Cut off the side nozzle and screw on the drain plug screw in your accessories bag. It will be better if you use some glue on your screw. Then exchange the metal gear and oil resistance thickening O-ring.



5: Cut off the plastic nozzle and punching on arrow showing point. Expand the two holes to 4.2 mm and screw on the metal nozzle. It will be better if you use some glue on screw thread of the metal nozzle.
